How weekly cashback works
At the end of each week, your total betting results are calculated. Your total winnings for that week are subtracted from your total losses — the remaining amount is called net loss. A set percentage of this net loss is returned directly to your account based on your VIP tier.
The cashback calculation is automatic — the system calculates it at the end of every week and credits eligible members' accounts. Bets placed on slot games, live tables, or sports betting at jitago are all included in this calculation.
Please note: cashback applies only to net losses. If your net result for a week is on the winning side, cashback does not apply for that week.
So a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳180 cashback — that is the maximum for that tier.
How to move up to a higher tier
Tier progression in the jitago VIP program depends on your overall consistency of play. The more regularly and actively you play, the faster your tier will rise.
